Hi there, hoping someone may be able to help me with this. I am running XP Pro SP2 on a IBM Thinkpad T60 and recently both IE and Windows Explorer have started navigating very slowly between pages. Even starting these two programs takes up to 15 seconds to initialise the program after selecting it on the start menu or shortcut. I have posted a Hijack This log but have no real idea what I am looking at.

Thanks in advance for giving it a go
