    Hello,

I have a ton of Updates, Sec. Updates, and hot fixes installed on WinXP. Is it ok for me to uninstall all but the most recent udates and hotfixes out of the previously listed categories without problems?

No, you shouldn't uninstall any updates.

You can however delete all the C:\Windows\$NtUninstallKBxxxxxx$ files which contain the uninstallers for them. The updates will not be removed, just the uninstall files.
