When I am on a web page , I no longer see the arrow icon at the top left of the page that is used to bring you back to the previous page, so now I have to exit out of the page and start all over again . How do i fix this ??

Right-click on the toolbar and select Customize. Look for the Back button on the left side of the window. Click on it, and then click the Add arrow to add it to the toolbar. To change its position, click on Move Up or Move Down as needed.

I am still working on this problem. I tried to send you the page , but don't know if I was successful. What is the best way to do this?? Where do I find the tool bar.?? I found the task bar and the menu bar. I was trying to find CUSTOMIZEand the back arrow that you mentioned but no luck. I also noticed that I can go back by clicking on the BACKSPACE key on the keyboard.
I am using the latest version of FIREFOX as a browser. Earthlink is my ISP.
I have a SVA flat sceen monitor.

I think I found the solution. I right clicked on the bar where " FILE , EDIT" is , then selected NAVIGATION TOOL, and up popped the back and forward arrows. I don't know if it will stay there, but there it is .
thanks for the input.
