Wiping Hard drive completely clean

The second image shows Windows Boot Manager as first, we would want the USB first. I am not sure how we would get that first as I haven't used a HP machine for a long long time.

I typically would choose the drive (in your case, the last one, partition 4) and click format. Then with that highlighted, click next.

I normally highlight each partition and select "Delete" until there is only unallocated space left, then let it proceed on its own ...
