I have a re-furbished Dell D620 laptop. (no installation discs for anything) It came with Windows XP pro 32-bit version. I erased my hard drive and had to re-install some drivers. It was using the 'Dell Wireless 1490 dual Band WLAN mini-card' so i re-installed it. As soon as I re-installed that particular device the computer shutdown time started taking 10 min. :( I got so frustrated that i erased the hard drive and again shutdown time returned to normal. Again when I re-installed the 'Dell Wireless 1490 dual Band WLAN mini-card' the shutdown time started taking 10 min. again. Anybody know what is going on with this?
