    Hey,

I am new to this site but was unable to get an answer anywhere else. I have an Acer Aspire E1-531 notebook and recently upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate. In the process, however, I must have overwritten some keyboard drivers as none of my keyboard shortcuts work. This includes the button to enable the wireless adapter. I was wondering if there is a way to turn on the wireless adapter without the keyboard shortcut. As this is a laptop it is very inconvenient to have it connected with an ethernet cable.

Yeah...lol....turns out that's what I ended up doing shortly after I posted. What happened is I had the broadcom drivers and needed the atheros. Don't know why there would be a difference since they're both compatible with the laptop but it works now. Thanks for the speedy response though. Much appreciated. :)
