Hello,

I am wondering why my laptop wouldn't connect to the internet even though it has a very good connected detected. I got a message " The page cannot be displayed". I checked the Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab and setting for SSL 2.0, SSl 30.9, TLS 1.0 but didn't find PCT 1.0 on my Dell Computer (Inspiron B120). How should I fix this problem? Is this connected to my Wireless 1390 card? Or is it something else? Please advise. Thanks:):)

Let's start collecting some information ...

Start, Run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
(For Vista or 7 type CMD in the Search box after Start)

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.
