My HP desktop will show that its connected to my router but won't actually give me a connection (and on rare occasions when it does i'm getting <2kbps)
i have tried 2 different dongles (which both work on my Dell pc)
    my iphone also connects fine
i have tried changing the wireless channel, reinstalling dongle drivers
i'm at my wits end with it, anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

Can you connect successfully by ethernet?

Please attach a screen shot of the Networks page of the Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector and show ...

Start, Run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
(For Vista or 7 type CMD in the Search box after Start)

    Type the following command:

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.
