i cant use my wireless connection at work but it works fine at home and elsewhere. i have been using the Ethernet cable instead and it works fine. I'm using windows 7, i can see the wireless network,it worked fine yesterday, my wireless account is in good standing, the wireless connection works for other employees, i have not made any changes to my wireless security settings, and a new wireless router was installed on the network yesterday

    Ask your work IT support

It is most likely that if a new router was installed, you will need to use a different password from the existing one

Are you sure it is the SSID for the new router and not the old router that you are looking at?

Even if the same SSID and passphrase you may have to delete the wireless profile and then connect again.
