I have a HP Pavilion dv6208nr running Windows Vista Home Premium. I have an AMD Turion 64 Mobile Technology MK-36 processor, 2.00 GB of RAM and a 32-bit Operating System.

I have two issue that may be related to the same source. I don't know.

First, about a month ago my wireless card just stopped working. When I ask windows to diagnose the problem it says I don't have any drivers. I've tried downloading them to no avail. Occassionally the wireless will spring back to life for a day, but when I turn the computer on the next day the wireless is gone again.

Second, something is consuming my memory. Without any programs open other than Microsoft Internet Explorer and AIM, I am consuming 52% of my memory (>1GB). Looking in task manager, nothing seems to jump out as consuming nearly that much.

I have tried scanning with Trend Micro Anti-virus, Ad-Aware and STOPzilla. None of them have found anything. I have also defragged and run disc clean-up. All of this is making it difficult to use my laptop away from the router and to play Spore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
