Hi - can anyone help in pretty simple terms why when I plug my new wireless mouse into my Desktop it cuts out the internet.
I currently use a Microsoft notebook optical 3000 and that works fine.
I’ve tried with two different (Logitech & ET) but both shut off my network!!!
    TIA Steph

    Home or work PC?

Wifi or ethernet? Have you tested with both?

Home pc - used no where near a Ethernet port (also no wire for same reason) so WiFi only

wireless mouse is on the same frequency band (2.4ghz) as wi-fi, if your signal is weak it can interfere, can you change the channel on the WI-Fi router?

Not obviously from looking at the box. It’s just a very simple plusnet home broadband router
