I have a 3com officeconnect router, everytime someone uses the wireless phone it disconnects the router.I tried changing the channels in the router but still it kept disconnecting.
Any Idea how to fix this?

Change the phone to a non-2.4ghz model.

The newer routers provide about 11 different "channels". Mine for example ranges from the 2.412GHz low end (or channel 1) to 2.462GHz high end (or channel 11).

It appears that your wireless phone broadcasts in the 2.xxxGHz range. Perhaps a changing the channel of your wireless might help - maybe not totally eliminate the problem, but reduce the events.
