In my brothers' room the Internet connection is very very poor. In their room is an XBox 360, a desktop computer using a wireless NIC, a Wii, and some other devices that require a network connection. They can sometimes get a slight signal, but the signal is very weak and tends to drop.

I don't know why this is - the Netgear router (a Virgin Media SuperHub) is only 5 meters away from all of the devices. 5 meters in any other direction has a very good signal. Though, the signal must travel through two walls and the effected room has an external wall (it's the only room that isn't within the rectangular structure).

So, I did have a crazy plan making ethernet cables go all the way through the house, but later found that a Wireless Repeater would be a more inexpensive solution. However, when looking at all of the Wireless Repeaters available, they're all bigger than the router itself, and offer features which the router already has.

Are there are Wireless Repeaters (in Britain) that are very small and do nothing other than relay the data? I don't want it to have any fancy features, it just needs to sit in the closest side of the room and extend the signal. It would be nice if it was Netgear, so it goes with the router itself.
