Hi To All I Hope I Get This Correct Being My First Post On This Site....
My Wife And I Recently Bought A Laptop For Wireless With Windows Pro On It As She Is Addicted To The E-bay Site Like Many Others Accross The World, As The Retailer Told Her That She Could Go Out Into The Garden Or The Park And Still Access All Internet Without Any Problems. We Have Always Been On Dial Up As We Told The Retailer This And He Said No Problem You Can Keep Your Dial Up Connection At Home Still And Connect Through Your Laptop With Wifi/wireless. Anyway My Next Door Neighbour Has Bt Broadband With A Wireless Router And Said We Could Connect Through Him, However It Just Picks Up His Router And Tells Us We Are Connected But It Is Security Enabled. Is Their Any Setting We Can Do On His Pc So We Are Thee Only Ones Who Can Connect To Him And No-one Else. Thanks For Your Trouble Jim...

Sorry, Jim, but you missed the forum guidelines about not asking for or giving help for illegal activities. If your neighbor lets you access the internet through his account you are both violating his ISP's terms of service.

No problem. Have you used it at a free public hotspot yet? Many libraries and Panera Bread restaurants in the US come to mind.
