I am thinking of buying my first mac and need some advice regarding wireless set up.
Currently I have a wireless router shared with a cable modem and three PC's. Would I be able to add the mac to this set up or do I need some kind of mac enabled router?
The three PC's all run W7 Home Premium

No new router required! You should be good to go. Just input your wireless network name/password into the AirPort utility, or if it's an iMac, just plug in ethernet cable. I have apple and windows happily coexisting on my network for years.
