I have been on some other sites that place a small floating button in the browser window that allows the visitor to jump to the top of the page no matter where they are on the page. As an example, the Yahoo mail button is a light blue with a white up-arrow in it and a white horizontal bar touching the top of the arrowhead. On a desktop screen, it's about a half inch from the bottom edge and a couple of inches from the right edge of the browser window.

Can a similar button and function be added to this site?

There is a button at the bottom right that says "Top" that does that but you have to go right down to the bottom to use it. But doesn't your keyboard have a "Home" key? Mine takes me to the top no matter where I am on the page and "End" takes me to the bottom.
