When I restart my computer I come up with WJViewError
Error: Could not execute Main: The system cannot find the file specified. I've read several forums and I typed in msconfig and clicked OK but it will not come up.

You may have read this KB article but if you can't get msconfig to run, you won't be able to get this wjview.exe out of start-up. Can you get to the Command Prompt through Start>All Programmes>Accessories, CD\ and type msconfig in at the C:\ prompt?

If not, I suspect you may be looking for a boot up floppy - maybe from '98 or ME - to get to a DOS prompt and delete that file.
