1 Run the Network troubleshooter followed by networking commands

2 Roll back the network adapter driver

3 Update the network adapter driver

    4 Temporarily turn off firewalls

5 Uninstall the network adapter driver and restart

6 Use network reset to reinstall network devices

    Hi

I believe I have fixed the problem, Just before the problems started, I updated to Windows 10 Spring 1803, but also updated the following driver

Intel(R) management Engine Interface, I rolled back to an earlier driver
and after running my PC on load for 3 hours, I have had no more crashes.

    So fingers cross..
