Hi,
I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop in my office and it has 'Dell 1390 WLAN Minicard # 2' . I want to create a wireless network in my office using A/B/G/N Router. Here my doubt is can I connect the laptop to the router and browse the Internet wirelessly?
Thanks in advance.

Yes. You can. That is what a wireless router is for.
But.. you need to plug the router into your internet connection and configure the router properly.
