Hey guys, I'm currently running Windows 98SE and I have the following problem with Windows Media Player 7

The WMPLAYER.EXE file is linked to missing export

    C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\WMPLAYER.EXE
A device attached to the system is not funtioning

I've just recently re-installed Windows 98SE on my system and The Media Player worked for about two days then quit.

    Try the following:

    Windows Media Player

If you have installed any Codec packs recently, remove them. Most likely, they are the cause of the problem. (Particularly NimoCodec Pack which appears to alter the QUARTZ.dll library.) Hope this helps some!
