    Hey every one,

For some reason windows xp keep applying the same updates over and over again when ever I shut down my pc. I think one day I shut down the pc before the updates were fully applied and didn't realize it. So now each time I shut down my pc it keep installing the updates.

How do I fix this problem? The only thing I can think of is uninstalling the updates in the control panel in add and remove programs. But then I thought, well, how do I get them back?

    Bigk :)

    Sounds like a stuck patch.

    Try running windows update

    windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

    Hope that helps.
