Hey I have been trying to work on my sisters computer because she got a bunch of viruses and things so I restored the system to factory settings and then when I restarted it it tells me that it can't be started, it says a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. If files have been damaged or configured incorrectly startup repair can help diagnose/fix problems. When I try to use the startup repair it loads, brings up the window that says its checking for system problems then a pop up comes up that says starter repair cannot repair this computer and tells me to send info or don't send and I've sent it already but I still can't use the computer... Someone please help I would like to be able to fix this
