won't connect wirelessly, but router is fine!

    @ihatecats- though norton says they are safe, my computer won't let me download the two programs saying they might be unsafe, and doesn't give me the option to override that. is there another website i can find them from perhaps?

    Uninstall Norton and run the Removal tool.

    Reboot and install Avast free this is only for diagnostic pupose you can reinstall norton at any time but check your wireless while you have it uninstalled as it is know for causing connection problems.

    And as far as getting the programs from somewhere else not sure these are direct download links from the source not sure if there is another safe download.
