hello, my computer just the other night decided to poo out on me. i was attempting to watch a dvd and the sound seemed fine from the opening music, but then the narration came in and i couldn't hear it at all!. i tried several different dvd's and it was the same with all of them. i also tried both the laptop speakers and my headset. the computer volume was on high as was WMP. not sure what to do.
