Hi Everybody.

Installing a GeForce2 MX 200 64MB with TV OUT into a Dell Dimension XPS R450 (PII 450 Mhz) 320MB RAM.

However I get the set of beeps (one long, two short) when switching the PC, which means it cannot recognise the video card.

Any ideas.

Cheers

What card did you have in it before you upgraded. Did you remove the old card before installing the new one.

Try to reseat the card in the slot, they can be fussy about getting good connections.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I've reseated the card a few times, but no joy.

I can't remember the make of the card in before, but it was another AGP with 16MB, so we did take the old one out before installing the new one.

When putting the old one back in, it works ok, plus when putting the new one into a different mahcine that works too.
