This one has been passed to me to try and solve.

Machine runs WIN98SE, recently installed IE5.5/OE5.5

    Now installed Office 2000 Pro.

When trying to insert clipart from any othe Office programs the following error appears.

(WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in
    module RPCRT4.DLL at 0187:7fbd0894.)

(EXCEL caused an invalid page fault in
    module RPCRT4.DLL at 0187:7fbd0894.)

The program then closes, however, when you press Ctrl,Alt,Del, the offending program is still running.

Office clipart is installed on the system.

Have uninstalled Office and reinstalled. Ran Repair office, no joy.

Not looking forward to having to do a clean install if cannot find solution

How are you trying to insert the clip art? Is there any certain procedure that will work and another that won't?

    Thanks for the reply.

The only time it works is if you INSERT/PICTURE/FROM FILE.

If you go INSERT/PICTURE/CLIPART, IT FALLS OVER.

I have tried this in WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Office suite with no luck.

I have just finished reloading WIN98 over the existing copy. It is starting to look like and full reinstall.
