hi i saved some very very important work on my computer, as i tried to reopen it i was promp with a message saying file is corrupt, there appears to be missing parts and stuff. so i looked on the internet for word recovery and use about 5 of them.
wordfix, word repair one fix and many more, and all gave me the same results. when i tried to repair the file it came up as corrupt or when i try to recover the plain or initext it gave me this.

    Hi,

Since your question had absolutely nothing to do with making suggestions or comments for our website, nor indicates any problem with using our website, I've moved your thread to a more appropriate forum for problems with "Business Applications." :)

Have you tried opening in Wordpad?
    Is the file extension correct?
    Try a word viewer.
