Word & Dr Watson!!

HELP!! I am constantly getting a Dr Watson error message on practically every 15 mins in Word 97 (running on Win NT - SP6). The message shows "Application exception occurred: App:WinWord.dbg""Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)" and I haven't got a clue how to translate these damn things!! Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Then come back and let us know if it worked or not. We'll go from there.

Dreamboat, sorry for the delay. I'm still getting the same problem even after running the clean-up procedure. Any ideas on the next step?
