I've got one I've never run into before. I wrote a 100-page disaster recovery plan in Word. Since the customer insisted on having the same information repeated in several locations (phone numbers and stuff) and since I was going to maintain the document, I put the phone numbers in one place and then established a link to where they were supposed to show up (COPY - Move cursor to new location - EDIT > PASTE SPECIAL > UNFORMATTED TEXT and mark PASTE LINK). It worked great. The numbers showed up right where they belonged on a gray background. So I sent it out. Now the customer insists that the document shows up with "ERROR - Invalid link" when they open it. The document looks great on my machine and on my collaborator's. Is this something in their setup of Word or what? Any help would be appreciated, or else I have to copy back the text on about 200 links I put in that document. Thanks.
