Word: problems with envelopes

HELP me please. I have a problem with printing envelopes. I can open Word, type a letter, click on the envelope icon, paste an address and add it to a document. In the past it resulted in beautifully printed envelope. Now things are different. Everything still looks perfect in the main window, but in the preview only my address is visible . My printer also ignores delivery address. I have not changed any settings in Word or printer, nothing new was installed, no template was changed or added. This is maybe small, but rather annoying glitch in the system. Could somebody advise me what to do/check to print envelopes as I used to. I have a Word 2002 installed. Operating system - Windows Me. On mine, tools > envelopes and labels> the envelope options button> envelope size is set on size 10 with both Delivery and Return address font set to auto.

Thank you for your response. My settings are similar. Anyway, I did not make any adjustments recently. It was set to a DL size and auto for the rest. It still is. Why then I am no longer able to print envelopes ? I have checked all obvious places for settings and I could not trace anything out of normal. Any ideas what else I should check?
