WordPerfect Errors

I have a few different users who have been having mutliple errors with WP. The errors typically are user.exe, and kernel32.dll. I have elimanted all PC aspects such as temp, startup, memory etc.

Does anyone have any suggestion where to go next.

All PCs are win98 with min 128 mb of memory.
