wordperfect software question

Hi,
I downloaded a trial version of corle's wordperfect 2002 software and I'm impressed with it so far but not to happy with the price ,I found this one on Ebay, would you guys reccomend it ? is this a copied software ? an uPgrade ? please advise

I wouldn't pay $5 for WordPerfect, but you gotta consider the source.

If you need a decent word processor, and you're not real worried about sharing files with other people, I recommend you snatch that bad boy right up.

Like MDM says, given the ratings, I'd buy from that guy.

I bought one of these from someone else last year. Don't hold your breath for the "untested hardware". You will get an OEM CD and that is all. I did get a serial number and it did register. But I doubt that Corel would consider this a legal copy.

I decided not to get it , after playing all day with it I realize that I can do more with my current version of microsoft word 2002 .

Although my opinion may be somewhat baised (been using WP for 15 + years). Wordperfect is everything WORD wanted to be, buy didn't want to buy right to...

This is a real word processor / desktop publisher. No wizards to ruin your day. Document formatting is a breeze. Print, always gives you the final word as to where you want to print to... Language Tools are kewl too!!!

If the price is right, GFI! If the vendor is well rated, GFI.

It is probably an OEM version. I sell those in my store for the same $20.00, and they are supposed to go out with hardware. I can sell them with any hardware however, so Mice, Speakers, whatever apply and thus I sell quite a few. It's the full version and completely legit. It is basically the same thing that comes on a lot of the Compaq Presarios.
