    Hello,
I am having trouble opening an online module for my employer. I have to do online modules, in which you click and launch a module, which then opens up the player in another window. (I am using Google Chrome). However, once I click on this, I receive this error message: "Sorry, the location you are attempting to watch this lesson from is not authorized." I believe this is opening with Adobe, but I am not 100% sure. I have tried using Safari and a different computer (Windows PC). If you are able to help, I would really appreciate it.

chrome blocks location checks by default
    open setttings/advanced/content settings/location
change it to ask first & allow that site

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I followed your directions and it still shows the same error message. Any other suggestions?

try a different browser like IE, otherwise check with your employer in case he has set a very tight geo location. Sometimes these geo ip services see the ISP head office as the location, which can be out of state & indeed even thousands of miles away from your correct location.
