    Can't find anything that works to get rid of this worm.

    Do those directions work with AVG?
    And all those registry things aren't in mine:\

    get the latest updates for avg
    turn off system restore
    run avg
    when finished turn on system restore

    Yes, I've ran avg all the time, it removes it but it just comes back, that's why I did the hijackthis log.

    It removes 1 file that is always created, but it just copies itself again so it does no good. avp-32.exe is the file that keeps coming back

    All of these sites say goto your registry to here HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>Microsoft>
    Windows>CurrentVersion>Run
    and delete some things but they are never there. I've tried running that micro trend and it finds nothing.:\

    Check this out trendmicro write up make sure you have those critical updates from microsoft.
