I tried to open an e-mail and the following message came up "Inoculate IT Real-time protection has found that C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\DOCS.DOC PIF is win32.Badtrans.29020 worm. Not restored". Does this mean there was a virus worm in the message so I couldn't open it? I have never had anything like this happen. Thanks... Liz

    Hi Liz,

Inoculate may have deleted the file because it couldn't restore it, but it's a good idea to have your system scanned on line at Trend Micro HouseCall , just to be on the safe side.

Should you be infected with BadTrans despite all this, here's a dedicated Badtrans cleaner: http://www.wilders.org/HTMLobj-1009/AntiBadB.exe

    Good luck,
