    As of April 26, 2004 8:42 AM PST, TrendLabs has received several infection reports of another BAGLE variant spreading in Europe and the US. This polymorphic memory-resident worm is spreading via email and network shares.

    The email that this malware sends out may have details similar to the following:

    To: <recipient>
    From: <spoofed email address>
    Subject: (any one the following)
    ·I'm a sad girl...
    ·Let's socialize, my friend!

    Message body: Important document

    Attachment: (any one the following)

    It is compressed using UPX and runs on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP.

    TrendLabs is still doing an in-depth analysis regarding the spread of this malware and will inform you as soon as possible.
