    Hello,

I am new to the forum so I hope I follow the rules Correctly.

I am having a few problems that I am worried about. My CPU usage will at times hover around 50% for long periods of time. I noticed recently that when I place a Memory card into the reader then I get a no disk error. When this happens I notices that a Explorer.exe*32 starts up from the appdata, with the description of BEwUKdm. When I end this task I am able to close the error, otherwise it continues to pop up.
    Error:

I have also had a computer show up on my home network with the user name "your-4dacd0ea75."
I removed this by running a program in safe mode called "SmutfraudFix." This seemed to remove it. I have Recently downloaded Spybot to remove some spyware. Lastly I did run Hijackthis and tried to remove the explorer.exe*32 from the appdata, but it returned. I have a little bit of experience using Hijackthis, but it has been 6 years or so.

    Computer Information
OS: 64-bit Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1
    Model: DX4300
    CPU: AMD Phenom x4 9750 2.4GHZ
    Mainboard: Gateway RS780
    Chipset: AMD 780G
    Graphics: Radeon HD 4650
    Memory: DDR2 8GB

I Use Firefox 3.5.9. I don't use anything currently for Virus Protection, just because we have always been super careful, and have not had a virus on my personal pc's in over 5 years. Will probably look into TrendMicro Soon. I will be putting Webroot on my pc soon, and removing SpyBot.

all your problems are due to no antivirus

you have a virus/malware clearly showing

    firsdt install an antivirus

I suggest download & install the Microsoft Security Essentials Antivirus

do a full scan, let it fix what ever it finds & post back any log it makes

then post a new HJT log & we will see whjat else needs clearing
