I was trying to put songs on my brothers phone (Which has an MP3 player).

    1. I put 6 songs on there, and when he went to play them, only two of them were on it, why is this? They were all in MP3 format.

    2. I removed the two songs that worked, and then when I tried to remove the four that didn't, it said it can't be removed because it's write-protected? What the? So I tried putting the two songs that worked back on, and it wouldn't go on there because it says they were write-protected? How do I fix this?

    THANKS!

Let's see, we don't know the make/model of the phone, or the software package you're using to load them. Not really much to go on, is it? :)

I have a Samsung SPH-a920 cell phone. I am trying to load songs, and some are loading and can be played and some can not. I get the write protected message as well. I have a Sandisk card with the phone. The switch on the card is off, I checked that first, and even switched it once just in case it was wrong. Could someone please help, as I am getting extremely frustrated!!!!
    Thanks.
