i have ie6 and the stable version of mozilla on this computer (win 98se) and when i open ie everything is ok but when i open mozilla it goes to http://www.alliedtube.com/html/columbiambf.htm instead of msn.com. i checked to see if my home page had been changed but it says msn.com. i ran spybot and ad-aware and although i had a small amount of spyware and tracking cookies my home page is still coming up wrong.what do you think happened, how do i fix it and how to i keep it from happening again?
    thanks, nanny

You might wanna run Hijack This:
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html

Save it to a folder of your own creation, mainly on your hard drive
Run a scan, save the log, then copy and paste it in this thread
Do not attempt to fix anything yet :)

If Spybot and Ad-aware have been run, I would completely uninstall and reinstall the browser. You may want to export your bookmarks first if you try this route. The Help window in Mozilla will help you with that if your not certain how to do that.

    To uninstall:
Use the add/remove option in control panel. Afterwards, do a search for "Mozilla" and manually delete the remaining files and folders. (Be sure you select "More Advanced Options" and select "Search Hidden Files and Folders".)

    Firefox
    Get Extensions and Themes

I would wonder where that one goes. You might try fixing that......
