I have a problem with my network. I have 3 work-stations attached via thin coax to my server. The second to last PC comes-up with an error that it can not connect and should it retry to establish the connection on the next start-up.
Now, the funny thing is that you click yes (to the above question) and when Windows 95 (B) has finished loading and you go to the Network Neighbourhood, it sees all the other work-stations and server. This however does not always happen and then the network is not available at all.
This PC (work-station) uses a Realtek RTL8019AS NIC. All computers are running Win95b. The very last PC is able to connect to the sserver without any problem.
I reloaded the NIC drivers for this PC and it still comes up with this error. I also tried booting into Safe Mode (with Networking) but that would not connect at all - in fact it did not come up with this error.
Any assistance will be appreciated.
