    how do I remove wuauclt from system32?

    It would help if you could give us your System info as well as more specific info about what you want to do,why you want to do it, what you've tried.etc.etc.ect...
    The more info you can give us,the better equipped we will be to help.
    With vague info like you have given us,noone can help you.

    Windows Update AutoUpdate Client. Background process which checks with Microsoft website for updates to the operating system. Shows up on the Task Manager's processes list when it is waiting for a response, e.g. to confirm permission to download an update.

    Note: The wuauclt.exe file is located in the c:\windows\System32 folder. In other cases, wuauclt.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm!
