I use Windows 2000 and IE6. Occasionally while I am brousing, this website pops up and keeps me from accessing others until I close IE. I've run spybot and ad-aware, but neither has gotten rid of it. Suggestions?

it is a program that loads with internet explorer and can cause viruses. Check to see if it is installed by going to Settings > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs. If it is, uninstall it and reboot. After reboot, update your virus scanner and check to make sure it didn't install a virus.
