WXGA vs. WSXGA+

i just bought the new Dell insperon E1505 yesterday. i cant wait to get it. it has
Inspiron E1505, Intel Core Duoprocessor T2500 (2MB/2GHz/667MHz)

and some other stuff.
i was wondering what the diff between a WXGA screen and a WSXGA+ screen? is that the on that looks very shiny kind of like a mirror?

Best way to explain:


The shiny stuff is just a coating that's added to the screen in order to reduce glare or improve the picture.
