X Copy

Recently I used X Copy to clone my hare drive. I have a question about X COPY. On my PC I have 3 hard drives. C , D & E.
C is used as my bootable drive with windows on it. D and E are used for storage and have are not bootable. Now for my question, can I use X COPY to clone D to E ?
