x64 or x32

    what should i use i ran tuneup manajger and its says my processor is good enough for x 64 windowz should i switch over i have a amd turnion 64 x2

    Unless you have application software that takes advatage of 64-bit Windows, or have more than 4GB RAM installed, 32-bit Windows is fine.

    Not better, but if you don't have software that takes advantage of 64-bit or have more than 4GB of RAM, then 64-bit won't do anything for you.
