    Hi all,

I've been having this problem as far back as I can remember. I have a Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH2
    running DD-WRT v24-sp2 (12/14/11) std - build 1800.

This problem is present however, with multiple routers

When playing xbox etc I can only get open nat with upnp enabled. The ports will forward in the log and everything is ok. However my brother is also living with me and has an xbox and to avoid confusion with ports I have tried multiple times on multiple routers to manually forward my ports. And also have tried assigning xbox a static ip and placing in the DMZ- No success

I would have been inclined to think this was some form of natting on my Isps behalf but after plugging directly into my modem I have confirmed otherwise.

I would really appreciate some help on this

so in short problem is only upnp can forward my ports and this is the case with multiple routers

EDIT: should I need to have upnp enabled when placing xbox in DMZ as it works when I do this
