I have two comps one running Xp home edition and one on Xp professional. Bothe have network cards fitted and working but i cannot set up a network between them. when i use the networking tools it starts to set the network up on the home edition machine but then i get an error message that spool has encountered an error and will shut down. Anyone got any ideas?

First off, please describe how you connected them. Do you have a cross-over cable or a hub? Are you attempting to share the Internet?
