I have a Voodoo 5 graphics card and have recently upgraded my OS to windows XP. XP appeared to recognise my card and install the appropriate drivers for it...I could see stuff so that was encouraging. However, some of the more complex 3d Screen savers appeared as multicoloured dot and lines of digital info and some of the games proven to work on my old OS with same card, had problems. Unreal Tourn said that it could not locate glide2x.dll and Soldier of Fortune seemed to have probs with texture and lighting....'shards' of mulitcolour light and 'flaws' in the graphics etc. I can't help thinking that the drivers that XP provided are missing something....? I did try to install other drivers from 3dFX but XP said that it could not find anything better than it already had! Any ideas? advice?....I have found the .dll file its talking about in the download from 3DFX...could I perhaps drag and drop that (and other .dll files) into the relevant file...if so where?

(just when I thought the install had gone ok!)

OS = XP
1ghz Athlon CPU
256 ram
20gigs HD

Many thanks for help in advance.
