xp and wireless pci adapter incompatibility

    my OS system is windows XP . i tried installing a linksys wireless-b PCI adapter to my computer and i keep getting software issues when i try to install the ethernet drivers . what can i do to rectify the problem.

    Did xp find and identify it correctly? Have you checked Linksys website for driver updates especially XP updates? Had a similar problem with a printer and had to download an updated program to get it to work.
