XP boot up problem

Hello everyone i just formatted my pc and everytime i restart i get this message while
booting can someone please tell me how to make this from stop coming when i
am booting my windows xp pro.


delta terminal
delta airlines
BROKEN RAID 0
-Power off and check failed drive
-Destroy the stripping array
-Continue to boot

CRITICAL STATUS
A disk member of a stripping array has failed or is not responding.
The array is not functional.

Are you using a disk array?

It appears your BIOS setting are wrong.

I would try resetting the BIOS to use the Defaults.
